Privacy.
No information collected or collated by this website shall be communicated with any other partys except with your prior consent.
Warrantee.
30 days warranty is given on all products and services provided by us. In the case of upgrades this will cover works or services carried out on hardware only and any supplementary hardware provided by us, this will not cover the full console. In the case of a premodified system the warrantee covers the whole system. We are always here to help so please do not hesitate to contact us should a fault arise.
Returns.
If you do have a problem and need to return an item to us you will be responsible for the return of the item and any costs involved in doing so, however if the problem is within the 30 day warranty period we shall cover the cost of returning the item to you. All items to be returned must do so with all the relevant packaging and any accessories included and intact, failure to do so may affect your warranty.
Delivery.
All deliveries from this store will be supplied by either Royal mail or a subsidiary of APC couriers. Services do differ but the standard is recorded delivery for small items and APC 72 for large items. If you wish to have a specific delivery service used, then please just ask, we shall be more than happy to help. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery by standard services although normally 24 hours to 48 hours is usual. We are only responsible for the item once we receive it, and until you receive it.
On checkout you will have the available options for shipping given to you in the shipping drop down box. It is important to note that although this website will advise you on shipping costs, under certain circumstances a standard shipping price and or method cannot be offered. For instance if you order exceeds 10 kilograms then only flat rate shipping will be offered however this has a limit of 10 kilograms only, under these circumstances you will need to contact us as your order maybe refused. Below is more information about shipping intended to help you choose which method suits you best.
